This dock is right off the swimming beach and will be your gateway to the endless lakeshore to play on! The fishing right around the island is amazing, too! Want to have dinner out? We are just a short boat ride away from Charlie’s on Prior. Lone Tree Island is only accessible by boat and we do not offer transportation. Swimming and fishing off the custom built cedar dock is great! The home is only 2.5 miles to historic Faribault where you will find all the shopping and dining you need. Only 45 minutes by interstate to Mall of America, Valley Fair Amusement Park, Canterbury Park Horseracing, Mystic Lake Casino and all the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul offer.

A 20ft PONTOON is available for rent at a cost of $150/day or $500/week. The pontoon seats 10 with four bench seats and one captain chair; there is also a table and a shade canopy. The outboard motor is a 30 horsepower Mariner. 5 gallons of gas are included per rental. Inside the cabin, there is a full kitchen, open dining room/living room, 1.5 bathrooms, wood fireplace, screened-in porch, kid's playroom, and bedroom. With cedar walls, fish kitchen cabinet knobs, and just the right amount of 1970's mismatched decor; you will truly feel like you are at a cabin and you can relax! To my concerned travelers,this is so much nicer than most places and much safer than a hotel! While we have had no problems we are cleaning the house first then coming back and doing a disinfectant wipe down because the safety of our travelers and staff is very important to us .
